To listen to the tracks, just hit the link or click the little arrow button.

To download the tracks:
On Mac: Move your cursor over the link, hold down the Apple key, and press down on the mouse button. You will see a menu popup and one of the options will be to "Save linked file..."
On PC: Move your cursor over the link, and click the right button on the mouse key. You will see a menu popup and one of the options will be to "Save linked file..."
